Meetless runs Meetless. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.

What we collect

• Email address (primary identity key, magic-link auth, no passwords)
• Meeting record answers: title, headcount, duration, cadence, and the intake responses
• Tagged attendee and decision-owner email addresses (purged after 12 months if never claimed)
• Anonymous poll responses (aggregated, never joined to any identity)
• Follow-up responses and trial outcomes (held, reverted, extended, abandoned)

Why

To run your account, deliver what you asked for, take payment where applicable, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Job inputs and outputs are retained for about 365 days unless you delete them sooner. Account records persist until you ask us to close the account.

• Stripe (payments)
• Cloudflare R2 (PDF and file storage)
• Postmark (transactional email and magic links)
• Plausible (privacy-focused analytics)

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to hello@meetless.now. Deleting your account removes your stored artifacts.
